Likewise, in the area of Financial Law, she has a great trajectory carrying out the formalization of Mortgage and corporate Loans, and Debt Acknowledgments, financing for acquisitions, structured financing and project financing with several Financial Institutions.

In addition, in the area of Corporate Law, she advises companies in the regularization of all legal aspects in the incorporation of companies, commercial, civil and agrarian, in the preparation of minutes of assembly, notarization of the same and granting of powers.

Ana Elena has a Law Degree (JD) from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), obtaining a Law Degree, with a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Corporate Law from the Universidad Panamericana (UP) and several diploma courses; among them, one given by Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) and Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE), focusing on the Updating for Notaries and Corporate Lawyers.
