Regarding Real Estate Law, she provides advice to real estate developers in the disposal of real properties, as well as to potential purchasers either in cash transactions or with financing from Credit Institutions.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on the acquisition of real estate through various contracts, such as sales and purchases, donations, exchanges, transfers of property in execution of trusts, among others.

In the Corporate Practice, she has extensive experience in the incorporation of companies, notarization of minutes of shareholders of all sorts, including dissolution and liquidation of companies, as well as the granting and revocation of powers of attorney.

Abril obtained her Law Degree (JD) from Universidad América Latina (UAL), in 2007. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
