In Real Estate and Financial Law she provides legal advice to real estate brokers, as well as to housing developers and individuals in the disposal of real estate properties, as well as to potential purchasers either in cash transactions or with financing from Credit Institutions; independently of the foregoing, she provides counselling for the constitution of Condominium Property Regimes, Condominium Owners’ Meetings, among others.

In the Notarial Area, she has extensive experience in the drafting of contracts such as: sales and purchases, donations, exchanges, transfers of property in execution of trusts, incorporation of companies, notarizations, powers of attorney, distribution of inheritance, among others.

In addition, she has experience in civil, commercial, family and inheritance litigation. Aída obtained her Law Degree (JD) from the University of Guadalajara in 2007.
