Cristina Vazquez Aldana Urrutia is a Notary Public and Partner of VAHG, where she has developed her Practice, mainly dedicated to real estate mortgage loans, in all legal and regulatory aspects, acquisition and sale of assets related to investments in the real estate sector.
In her daily practice she offers comprehensive notarial advice specialized in Real Estate, Financial and Corporate Law, with a professional experience of more than 20 years.
Cristina is a Notary Public, obtaining the Patent of Aspirant to the Practice of Notary Public in the year of 2018 and passing the Examination of Opposition for the Obtaining of the Fiat for the Practice of Public Faith in the State of Jalisco in the year of 2019. She was appointed as the holder of Notary Public Office Number 41 of Guadalajara, Jalisco in the year of 2022, holding her position in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
She has great experience in notarial advice to foreign and national clients for procedures between individuals, such as constitution of trusts, condominiums, sales and purchases, donations or inheritances, estate planning, dations in payment, exchanges, mergers and subdivisions of real estate, transmissions in partial execution of trust, to mention a few.
Cristina advises companies in all legal aspects related to the operation of the same, in the incorporation of commercial and civil companies, mergers and spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations, preparation of minutes of assembly and notarization of the same.
In the area of Notarial Law, she provides constant assistance in the planning and execution of Wills, Powers of Attorney between individuals, Self-guardianship and Advance Directives.
Besides her notarial activity, she is part of and has collaborated as a member of different Advisory Boards, with great knowledge of languages such as English and French, having been an expert translator of English and Spanish for the Supreme Court of the State of Jalisco.
She is a graduate of the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), obtaining her Law Degree (JD) in 2002, with a Master’s Degree in Law from the Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC) and several diploma courses, among them, one given by the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE) and the Colegio de Notarios del Estado de Jalisco focused on Updating Notaries and Corporate Lawyers and another diploma course given by the Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC) focused on Corporate Law.
She is a member of the National Association of Mexican Notaries and of the Chamber of Notaries of the State of Jalisco.
