Fernando Hernández de la Torre is an Associate at VAHG and specializes in the practice of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has transactional experience in the review and drafting of all types of contracts and meetings, as well as advising domestic and foreign clients in the incorporation of new companies, corporate restructurings, privatizations, purchase and sale of companies in various industries, foreign investment and joint ventures.
