Juan Manuel Lupién Díaz is an Associate of VAHG and has more than 15 years of professional experience. His practice specializes in advising clients in the areas of Notary and Real Estate Law. He works on a daily basis advising on acquisitions and mortgage loans.
In addition, he has extensive experience in Banking Law, in the incorporation of trusts, corporations, condominiums and simple credits.
In Real Estate Law, he collaborates with clients and brokers as well as housing developers for the sale, donation and transfer of real estate in both cash and mortgage transactions.
He also provides legal advice to clients in corporate law at the time of incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of companies, as well as for the formalization of notarizations, the drafting of constitutive acts, the granting and revocation of powers of attorney, among others.
Juan Manuel obtained his Law Degree (JD) from Universidad Enrique Díaz de León (UNEDL) in 2017. He has taken several lectures and courses taught by the UNEDL: “The Importance of Notarial and Registry Law and “Family Mediation”.
