Pablo is Of Counsel at VAHG and is Partner of Ramos, Iguiniz and Godoy Abogados with many years of experience in the area of Litigation.
His practice includes Civil, Commercial, Family and Administrative Litigation. In addition, he joined the Notary Public Area of the Firm since 2002, where he has been specializing in Corporate, Financial and Civil Law as well as in Commercial Consulting, acting as an external advisor for companies.
Pablo has an educational practice; he has participated as a professor of Banking Law Asssignment at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO).
Pablo obtained his Law Degree (JD) from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) and a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from Universidad Panamericana and has Postgraduate Degrees in Constitutional Law and “Amparo”, Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, Corporate Law and Urban and Tourism Law, from the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara.
