Valeria Hernández Orozco has been a Paralegal at VAHG since September 2025, where she is part of the Corporate Law Practice. Her work focuses on assisting with the drafting, review, and analysis of contracts, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents in English and Spanish, as well as reviewing corporate structures and preparing documents related to due diligence processes.

In addition, she participates in the review of corporate and documentary information for companies, assisting in the identification of legal contingencies and controlling beneficiaries, as well as in the organization of documents relevant to transactions and statutory audit processes.

Valeria is in her fourth semester of the Bachelor of Laws Program at the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus. She speaks three languages (English, Spanish, and French), which complements her legal training and allows her to navigate national and international professional and documentary environments with greater ease.
