Valeria Solórzano is an Associate at Vázquez Aldana, Hernández Gómez & Asociados (“VAHG”). Her practice specializes in Corporate and Contract Law, where she participates in the drafting, review and translation of corporate documents such as: meetings, resolutions, corporate books, corporate structures, incorporation of companies, among others. In addition, she provides support in the coordination of procedures with notary offices for the formalization of several documents, as well as in the management of procedures in different governmental, municipal, state and federal agencies.
Within her professional practice, she has been in charge of a wide variety of tasks related to the drafting of contracts, from drafting to reviewing and negotiating them, and their subsequent translation into English. She also specializes in the preparation of documents for the protection of personal data, such as privacy notices and usage policies. She also provides clients with reports, bulletins, briefings, memos and relevant information on important legal reforms that may affect their business or personal affairs. Her experience includes the drafting of labor documents such as individual and collective labor contracts, internal work regulations and confidentiality agreements, among others.
Valeria has obtained several certifications, such as the Business English Certificate (BEC) from the University of Cambridge. She obtained her Law Degree (JD) from Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara, in 2023.
