In Real Estate and Financial Law, she offers counselling to real estate brokers, as well as to housing developers and individuals in the sale of real estate, as well as to potential purchasers either in cash transactions or with financing from Credit Institutions and INFONAVIT. Likewise, she has extensive experience in drafting of contracts such as sales and purchases, donations, swaps, transfers of property in execution of trusts, incorporation of companies, notarizations, powers of attorney and revocations, among other proceedings.

Violeta obtained her Law Degree (JD) from the University of Guadalajara, in 2018.
